Submit URLs with IndexNow
One request to the shared IndexNow endpoint with your key, and the real response code with its meaning. Nothing is scheduled, nothing is stored beyond an anonymous usage count.

Submit URLs
What happens after you submit
The URLs go to api.indexnow.org, which shares them with Microsoft Bing, Yandex, Seznam.cz, Naver and Yep. Each engine decides on its own whether and when to crawl. A 200 means the request was accepted and the key validated; a 202 means it was received and the key will be validated later.
A 200 or 202 from an IndexNow endpoint means the request was accepted, not that the URL is indexed. Google does not participate in IndexNow.
Limits of the free tool
- Up to 100 URLs per request, all on the host you enter.
- 5 requests per hour per visitor, plus a shared hourly cap so one visitor cannot get the tool rate-limited for everyone.
- The key file is checked before anything is sent; a broken key file returns a clear message instead of a 403.
- No history, no retries, no alerts: those are what monitoring adds.
IndexNow vs Bing Webmaster Tools URL submission
Bing Webmaster Tools lets you submit URLs manually after verifying the site there, with a daily quota, and shows you index status. IndexNow is the protocol underneath: it needs only a key file, has no daily quota of that kind, and can be called from scripts and deploy pipelines. Use Webmaster Tools to inspect indexing; use IndexNow to notify engines about changes.
Submit changes automatically
Pasting URLs after every deploy does not scale. AutoIndexNow monitors your sitemaps, renders the pages, and submits only what actually changed, with the full response history per URL. See the overview.
